Laura: Good news I hope for you and readers of your blog. I think I have found your passport. I'm a gardener in St. James's Park in London and a couple of days ago I had to clear away the last of the leaves in a really thorny bush near the lake. That's where I found the passport. The passport is quite battered, dirty and very damp and a couple of the pages are torn, as though two people had been tugging at it. It has a photo like yours and the name Laura Regent. It's a British passport. It looks like you've been to some amazing places over the last three years - a lot to the USA, but also I can see Turkey, Oman, Singapore, India and quite a few African countries, Zambia, Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Nigeria and Morocco. Nothing about France or Sweden but I guess you wouldn't get a stamp for that. The page for emergency contacts is one that's torn. It just says Mr. Nicolas .. but there's no address. I was going to hand it in to the police but didn't get round to it and then someone told me about this blog that is becoming so well known across the world. I've handed it in to the BBC for safekeeping now so won't be able to remember any more. Good luck. I hope you find what you're looking for
