Anna, please talk to Helen

Anna, if you are reading this, Helen is very angry. The interviewer on Outlook mentioned you, so she left this comment on my last post:

Anna - if that's what you are calling yourself at the moment - LEAVE ME ALONE! Leave Kim alone. How dare you try to turn Kim against me! She's a vulnerable young woman. Haven't you done enough damage in the past?

Can't you two try to patch things up between you somehow? I don't know what has gone on between you both but I can't help feeling upset by all this.

Who Is Helen?

So Anna hasn't heard from her sister Helen yet. The name of the market means nothing to me, but I think my Helen may have been in Ghana - there are a few things round the house that look, well African of some sort. But she got funny when I asked her, and about me taking her photo....

And I don't know if I was with my Helen before 9th, not really. I've only got her word for it.

10 days?...My only proof that I flew into the UK on the 9th is that tube ticket, but I suppose there could be other explanations for that...I do know for sure that I only met my new friend Helen on 9th. Or at least – I think I know. Where does your sister Helen live? The shoes are size 7 and they’re definitely too big.

I only started calling myself ‘Kim’ on 10th, when Helen needed something to call me!  Anna, do you think it sounds like she’s your sister? I will put up a photo of my Helen when I get a chance, but she’s out at the moment. 

I suppose I don’t really know her at all….. Does anyone else know Helen?

Clues

The doctors are telling me that I am running away from something. It doesn't feel like that. When you're running away, you can see where you're going, or you can look behind you, see where you started. I can't see either. But they keep telling me that I am avoiding something, that's why I've forgotten everything.

The police made me examine everything I had in my pockets. All I had was: a lipstick, a biro, a train ticket from Heathrow, a key and a purse with a couple of photos. 

Can you suggest who I am? Or anyone in the photos, who are these people? Please post a comment if you have any information at all about the people in these photos. Please help me.
